Clark Hill PLC's Washington DC office is in need of an Immigration Associate with at least one year of experience. The position involves working primarily on employer-based, business immigration matters. Candidates will work on PERM applications, H-1Bs and visas, as well as a the preparation of petitions and applications for submission to the USCIS. Individuals with prior experience working with employers in the health care industry and J-1 waivers are preferred, as are candidates with experience filing EB-1s and NIWs. Strong research, writing and organizational skills are a must. Successful candidates for this role must be able to multi-task and should possess strong interpersonal skills.
