Clark Hill is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with at least 5 years of experience for its Litigation Practice Group in Pittsburgh, PA. This associate will focus on commercial and corporate litigation. All candidates must have the following experience: substantial trial preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills; and strong academic credentials. All candidates should be capable of full-file responsibility. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. All candidates must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
