Job Description:

Seeking mid-level to senior associate transactional lawyer with experience in real estate and/or secured lending in middle market and investment grade transactions to assist multi-lawyer, multi-office team.

Job Requirements:

Non-profit lending experience desirable, but not necessary. NY bar admission required, MA bar admission preferred. Qualified candidates will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills in written form, motivated and able to work independently.
