Qualifications

The Washington, D.C. office seeks an experienced health care associate to join our established Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Group. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience with and possesses knowledge of health care fraud and abuse laws including Anti Kickback Statute, Stark and False Claims Act. Compliance counseling experience required Investigation related experience preferred. Previous government experience desirable. Candidate should possess outstanding writing skills, as well as first chair experience on client matters and a desire to take a leadership role in the practice area.
