Qualifications

The Litigation Department of the Washington, D.C. office seeks a skilled and highly qualified associate with 3-5 years of experience in customs law to join its rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have significant technical expertise under the customs regulations and experience in handling administrative matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection. A customs broker's license would be desirable but is not required. The associate will be responsible for communicating with clients and supervising junior associates while working at a very high level on matters.
