Qualifications

The Sponsor Finance Practice Group of the New York office is seeking highly qualified mid-level associates with 2 to 4 years of experience in leveraged finance and syndicated bank lending, ideally concentrated on borrower side mandates. A deal sheet is required (deal experience is more important than class year). The practice group represents financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in middle market and larger transactions, as well as corporate borrowers in ordinary course and other bank borrowing transactions. Bank side experience will be considered but a focus on borrower side representations is preferred.
