Our Technology Transactions Group has a position open for a 4+ year associate to join our Palo Alto office and work on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies. This associate will primarily work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including licensing, e-commerce, service, development, distribution and partnering agreements. This associate will also work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other multidisciplinary transaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong interest in technology companies to help build a growing practice.

Candidates must have experience in intellectual property transactions and a strong interest in a career focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions. The ability to independently manage projects and client relationships and collaborate with others is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and great work ethic, and excel in a fast-paced environment. A technical or science background is beneficial, but not required. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
