The Palo Alto office currently has openings for associates with 1-4 years of patent prosecution experience. A degree in one of the following fields is required: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer science. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and superior academic credentials are essential.

Candidates are expected to draft and prosecute patent applications, prepare patent opinion letters, provide IP counseling to clients, and conduct patent due diligence studies in connection with business transactions. Mandarin speakers preferred.
