Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of relevant and broad corporate experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets experience including IPOs and general ‘34 Act reporting. Life sciences experience is a plus. Candidate must also be comfortable leading transactions and interacting directly with CEOs and boards of directors. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
