Seeking an associate attorney for firm's New York office with litigation and/or transaction experience in employee benefits including Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and taxes.

Looking for a lawyer who is a bright, motivated self-starter and creative professional interested in immediate hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop real world skills not present with the typical firm.

Candidates with experience designing and implementing equity incentive plans, tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare arrangements for both private and public companies, are encouraged to apply.

M&A, securities and ACA experience are beneficial. LL.M. Tax or certification in Employee Benefits a plus.
