Seeking Patent Agent with 3-6 years of patent prosecution experience in medium or large-sized law firm to support busy patent counseling practice. Advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or other related discipline required, as is admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Candidate should have strong coursework grades and writing skills. Two or more years of industrial work experience a plus but not required. Responsibilities will include patent preparation and prosecution, analyzing patents in connection with due diligence review, and performing searches.
