Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a junior associate, preferably in their 3rd or 4th year (class of 2010 or 2011), to join our Business Law Department, Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group in Milwaukee.

Qualified candidate will have a background in corporate debt finance transactions. Candidate must have strong analytic, research, writing, drafting and oral communication skills. We are seeking a thoughtful, reliable, highly motivated Business Law Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Top academics and finance experience required.
