Our Securities Department is interested in discussing positions with attorneys who have two to four years post-JD experience and who have experience advising and representing investment advisers, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture funds and/or registered investment companies regarding formation, distribution, transactional matters and compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations.
