Faegre Baker Daniels LLP seeks an experienced trademark attorney for a Minneapolis-based position in the Trademark, Copyright, Advertising & Media (“T-CAMâ€) section of our thriving Intellectual Property Group. Faegre Baker Daniels is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. In this position, you will have an opportunity to work on full range of domestic and international trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, licensing and enforcement. You will also have the opportunity to assist with copyright matters and with advertising and privacy matters in traditional and new media. Successful candidates should have two or three years of trademark experience as well as strong academic credentials, writing skills and professional recommendations.
