Job Description:

The Chicago office of DLA Piper is seeking a finance associate with 1-3 years’ experience to join the Finance Group. Significant experience in general lending, structured finance and derivatives, including drafting and negotiating loan agreements and ISDA Master Agreements, is preferred, as well as a general knowledge of, and interest in, derivatives markets. In addition, candidates should have immediate transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools as well as prior experience in a large law firm.
