Job Description
As part of the continued growth of its business practice, Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, has an opening for a 3-5 year real estate/joint venture associate in its Atlanta office.
The preferred candidate will have practical transactional experience drafting operating agreements and partnership agreements. Must possess top academic credentials and large law firm experience is strongly preferred. Tax and an accounting background is a plus, although not required.
The successful candidate will assist clients in planning, structuring negotiating and documenting equity investments in commercial real estate.
