Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP seeks a mid-level Patent Prosecution Attorney with a technical background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college/university). Responsibilities include: review invention disclosures, prepare and prosecute patent applications, analyze patent portfolios, perform due diligence, patent validity and infringement analyses, and coordinate international patent prosecution activities. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills. Must be admitted before the US Patent & Trademark Office.
