The New York Office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking a 3rd - 6th year associate with dirt, lending, finance and work-out real estate experience. Experience with tax exempt bonds and project finance would be helpful, but not necessary. The associate will provide support primarily for the real estate and finance practice groups. Candidate should be highly motivated and work well with others. Partners and counsel will participate in the development and supervision of the associate.
