The Intellectual Property group is seeking a second to fourth year Associate with extensive patent drafting and prosecution experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses superior writing skills, and has experience counseling clients in IP matters and preparing non-infringement and invalidity opinion letters. Candidates must be members of the Patent Bar and have a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Excellent academics are required.
