The Corporate group is seeking a fourth to sixth year associate with extensive trademark and copyright experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has experience counseling clients on trademark and copyright issues arising in litigation, clearance and prosecution, licensing and transactional matters. Applicants must have excellent writing, analytical and communication skills to assume immediate responsibility in an active practice. Candidates must be confident, bright, well organized, hardworking and personable. Candidates should also have a strong academic record and DC Bar membership, and enjoy working as part of a team.
