Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation Associate at Jones Day (Dallas, TX)

The Dallas office seeks an Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation associate with a minimum of 2 years of law firm experience.

This position will focus on the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions and other transactions, but will also provide exposure to qualified plan counseling and compliance issues. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are required.
