Ballard Spahr's Denver office seeks to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing public finance practice. The ideal candidate will have broad based experience in infrastructure financing projects involving multiple revenue sources and experience in representing various parties in a financing such as issuers, underwriters and direct purchase lenders. Experience in the 501(c)(3) finance and government finance areas is a plus. Qualified candidate will also have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and research abilities.
