The Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Health Care Practice Group is seeking to add an associate with 4-7 years of experience to our Nashville, Tennessee office. Preferred areas of expertise include (i) health care regulatory work such as Stark and anti-kickback analysis, and Medicare enrollment and billing, (ii) drafting employment, professional services and other contractual arrangements between health care providers, and (iii) working on acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions involving health care providers.

Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials from an accredited, top tier law school. Tennessee Bar membership preferred as well.
