The Trusts and Estates group of the Corporate Services practice group is seeking a highly qualified senior level attorney to join our regionally recognized practice. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience, including:
Advising individual clients with respect to estate planning
Advising individuals and companies concerning succession planning for closely-held businesses
Advising senior level executives with respect to employee benefit plans
Preparing estate planning and related documents
Representing beneficiaries in probate and trust matters
Advising individual and corporate fiduciaries with respect to probate and trust administration
Preparation of estate, gift and income tax returns
Representing individuals and fiduciaries in estate and gift tax matters before the IRS
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills. A background in health care law is essential.
Five-10 years of experience in benefits tax law. J.D. degree required, LL.M. in Taxation preferred. Accounting degree or background a plus.
