The Portland office of Troutman Sanders is looking for a mid-level Energy associate with specific experience in energy transactions (M&A and/or project development and project finance) involving electric utilities or independent power producers. Preferred experience includes renewable energy project development, utility or other energy industry background and state or federal energy regulatory experience. Candidates must have superior writing ability, maturity, good communication skills and a minimum of 3 years experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing, with a preference for Oregon or California State Bar.
