The Employee Benefits section is seeking an Associate for the Atlanta office, ideally with 2 to 4 years of related experience.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing abilities, as well as maturity and good communication skills. LL.M in Tax/Employee Benefits a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing, with a preference for the Georgia Bar.
