The Washington, D.C., Office of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is in search of an attorney with one to two years of experience to work in the Trademark Practice of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Solid experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling and enforcement is required. Licensing and/or copyright experience a plus. The group seeks candidates with excellent writing skills, superior law school academics including IP coursework, and the ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision.
