The Real Estate Practice Group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is in search of a lateral associate with 1 to 4 years of real estate law experience.

This associate will be resident in the Philadelphia office of the firm. Drinker Biddle’s Real Estate Team is well-known for handling sophisticated transactions involving real estate throughout the United States. Our Real Estate Team possesses the breadth to handle projects of any scale or complexity, as well as the depth of location-specific experience necessary for success in several key U.S. real estate markets. We are seeking candidates with a solid background in commercial real estate/finance. We represent both developers and lenders in the areas of acquisition, development, construction and financing. Additional position requirements include superior law school academics from a top law school, excellent writing skills, and the ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision.
