Polsinelli PC is seeking an experienced real estate transactional or tax attorney to join our firm as an associate in our St. Louis office. This associate would work on a wide range of transactions involving federal and state tax credits, with a focus on federal new markets tax credits, federal low income housing tax credits, federal renewable energy tax credits and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits. The ideal candidate will have approximately three to six years of real estate transactional, finance or general tax experience with knowledge of partnership tax. Experience with tax credit transactions and government incentive programs would be a plus, but not a requirement,
