Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a junior associate or patent agent with a EE degree to join its growing Intellectual Property practice group. Candidate should have 3 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the area of "electronic circuits." Industry work experience designing electronic circuits is a plus.

Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, a quick-study aptitude, ability to engender client confidence, and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment. Candidate will need to produce at least 3 writing samples of published applications directed to electronic circuits. Admission to the USPTO required. Admission to the state court where attorney applicant will be resident is required.
