The Trademark and Copyright Team within the Intellectual Property Department of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP seeks a Department Attorney, resident in our Atlanta office with at least 5 years of relevant trademark litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have developed skills and experience in trademark-specific litigation (including regarding liability and relief, as well as procedural issues), UDRP proceedings, cease and desist Letters, take-down letters and safe harbor provisions, and document review (including e-discovery and coding for relevance in responses to discovery). Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
