The Seattle office of Perkins Coie is seeking an associate attorney to join its business practice. Candidates must have three to six years of experience in public company reporting and compliance (including a good understanding of SEC and exchange requirements), securities offerings, and corporate governance. Candidates should also have experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as private company investments. Relevant corporate experience, solid academic credentials and references, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required for consideration.
