Perkins Coie’s Portland, Oregon office is seeking a lateral commercial litigation associate with a minimum of 3 years experience in general litigation at a medium to large law firm. Strong academic credentials, excellent references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required for consideration. Service on Law Review and completion of a judicial clerkship, while not required, are preferred.

The general litigation practice consists of the representation of a wide range of businesses in federal and state court proceedings as well as in tribunals and alternative dispute resolution forums.
