The Palo Alto office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. Candidates must have at least two years of experience handling complex technology transactions, licensing transactions and/or related intellectual property matters.

General corporate transactions experience is also desirable as the person who fills this position will work closely with our Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group. Candidates with experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm and admitted to practice in California are preferred.
