The New York office of Perkins Coie is seeking an associate with three to six years of experience to join our Financial Transactions & Restructuring practice group.

The ideal candidate will have firm and/or in-house experience handling structured finance transactions, preferably with some residential mortgage experience. All candidates must have strong academic credentials and be a member of the New York State Bar.
