McGuireWoods LLP's Atlanta office seeks a 2009, 2010 or 2011 law school graduate with superior academic credentials and excellent writing skills to work as an associate in the Firm’s Debt Finance Department.

The position will involve structuring, negotiating, documenting, closing and administering secured commercial loan transactions for major financial institutions. Applicants must have experience in representing lenders or borrowers in secured commercial loan transactions.
