Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an associate with four to five years of experience to join its IP Litigation/Patent Group in its New York office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of intellectual property issues, including patent litigation matters in federal courts around the United States and the International Trade Commission, as well as patent prosecution and counseling matters. We are seeking candidates with (1) a B.S. or M.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics; (2) 3-4 years of Patent litigation experience; and (3) 1-2 years of patent prosecution experience. Strong academic performance (top third of class), excellent writing skills, and the experience described above are required. USPTO admission is strongly preferred.
