We are seeking an attorney who has 2 to 4 years of experience representing financial institutions, institutional investors, borrowers, investment funds and issuers in sophisticated debt finance transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, mezzanine, workout and debtor-in-possession transactions. Experience drafting and negotiating primary deal documents is required. Additional experience with out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings is a plus. Large firm experience preferred.
