Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with more than 800 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Real Estate Associate with 3-4 years of experience for a position in its San Francisco office.

The ideal candidate will have general real estate experience in one or more of the following: (i) drafting and negotiation of documents in connection with the disposition, acquisition and financing of commercial and residential property (ii) negotiating and drafting office, industrial and/or retail space leases whether for landlords or tenants, (iii) real estate financing transactions, whether for borrowers or lenders, and (iv) title, survey and due diligence matters. Experience with general commercial financing and bond financing would be beneficial, but is not required. Exposure to management and brokerage agreements and related commercial real estate documentation is a plus. Candidates should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters.
