The Downtown Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a Real Estate Associate with 4-7 years of general real estate experience in one or more of the following: (i) drafting and negotiation of documents in connection with the disposition, acquisition and financing of commercial and residential property (ii) negotiating and drafting office, industrial and/or retail space leases whether for landlords or tenants, (iii) finance both senior and mezzanine financing, and (iv) title, survey and due diligence issues. Exposure to management and brokerage agreements and related commercial real estate documentation is a plus. Candidates should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters.
