The New York office of Alston & Bird has two immediate openings for Litigation & Trial Practice associates with 2-4 years' experience.

Candidates should have a background in general commercial litigation. Experience in structured finance, real estate, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) litigation is preferred. Excellent work experience, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required. Applicants must be admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
