The Los Angeles office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Finance & Investment Associate with 3-5 years' experience.

Candidates must have a strong background in the origination of mortgage loans: commercial mortgage-backed securities, syndicated and portfolio. Experience with the sale and purchase of loans and subordinated debt and the negotiation of inter-creditor agreements and loan participations is also helpful. Excellent work experience, academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
