Seeking Banking & Finance associates with 2 to 6 years of strong deal experience at the New York office of a top law firm with a significant leveraged finance, project finance or similar finance practice. Ideal candidates will have worked representing large institutional and investment banking clients. Note, general Corporate experience is not ideal and a solid finance background is a must.
