The securities and public companies practice group seeks a corporate attorney with at least 5 years of experience practicing securities law with focus on capital markets work to join the group as a knowledge management attorney.

This attorney will assist the securities and public companies practice group in defining, implementing and promoting KM tools, systems and processes to improve the quality and efficiency of our work, and also developing expertise and providing advice with respect to Section 16 reporting and FINRA matters. Ideal candidate should have knowledge management experience such as working with forms and managing precedent documents and checklists.
