The private equity transactions practice group (“PET”) seeks a corporate attorney with at least 5 years of experience practicing corporate law at a top tier firm, to serve as a Knowledge Management Attorney. Any candidate must have highly sophisticated experience in private equity transactions and M&A.

Ideal candidate should have both relevant practice experience and knowledge management experience, such as working with forms and managing precedent documents and checklists.
