Large general practice law firm with established condominium and co-op practice seeks a Contract Attorney representing developers and property owners in the offering and sale of new construction condominiums and cooperative projects, conversions of rental properties to condominiums and cooperatives and filing of offering plans with the NYS Department of Law in connection with same. Must also have extensive transactional real estate experience, excellent writing skills, superior capacity for detail intensive work and outstanding organizational ability. Must have the experience and knowledge to interact comfortably, clearly and confidently with clients. Portable business and experience with affordable housing projects a plus.
