Associate, Real Estate/Tax Credit Advice at Bryan Cave LLP (Washington, D.C.)

The Washington office of Bryan Cave LLP is seeking an associate for its Tax Advice & Controversy Group with 2-4 years experience. The eligible candidate should have experience in representing investors or developers in tax-oriented investment vehicles utilizing tax credits as an investment incentive. Experience with various federal and state income tax credit programs, including low-income housing credits, historic rehabilitation credits, new markets tax credits, orrenewable energy tax credits.Successful applicants will have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and a client-focused attitude. Other requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
