Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join the Public Finance Department in its Des Moines office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on all phases of finance transactions for public and private entities, and advising clients on state and federal governmental and tax law issues. Qualified candidates will have:

-Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail,

-Excellent analytical, research and writing skills, and
