Description: Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking highly qualified associates with federal judicial clerkship experience to join our Litigation Division. Ideal candidates will have served as a federal judicial clerk and have solid litigation experience at a top law firm.

Our Litigation Division boasts a diverse practice with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, business litigation, white-collar, intellectual property, entertainment and media, advertising, healthcare and employment and labor matters, among others.


Federal judicial clerkship is required. Bar membership in the state candidate is applying is required. Candidates should also have outstanding academic credentials and excellent writing and advocacy skills.
