Snell & Wilmer seeks an Intellectual Property attorney with at least three years of experience in patent prosecution and a technical background to assist with patent preparation, filing and prosecution.
Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for a periodic bonuses. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(K) Savings Plan. Staff Attorneys are not eligible for medical or other benefits and are on a non-partnership track basis. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with reduced hour options and telecommuting flexibility. The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing with inventors and drafting patent applications. Strong academic credentials (BS or MS in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering), USPTO and Arizona State Bar admission is required.
